My goal is to be the best but to also stay a small company that treats each customer like family. I have years of experience dealing with a wide range of Insurance companies. I also have storm damage experience from when I used to do inspections for insurance directly, so I know exactly what damage they look for on the roof. I’m Maria Martinez, the office assistant and the marketing director at 1% ROOFING. My goal is to ensure that the business runs smoothly on the back end and to take care of all our customers. I’m Malcolm Dixon, the inspection specialist, as well as a storm damage specialist here at 1% ROOFING. My job is to do hand inspections when necessary due to my extensive experience in inspections dealing with storm damage but also to make sure that your insurance company pays for all the damage we find, and that you are entitled to. I have done inspections for many different insurance companies, as well as for a public adjusting firm in NC. If I have storm damage on my roof, what would be my next steps?
I always suggest getting a FREE roof inspection from a storm damage/ insurance specialist first. Then if there's enough damage, we get your insurance to come out and take a look with us present, and we show them everything we found on the roof and wait to hear back from them.
How much damage is enough for my insurance to pay a full roof replacement?
This is a tricky question, and that is because every insurance company is different, and has a different answer to this question. This is where my expertise comes into play. After my inspection, I will show you pictures of what's on your roof, give you my honest opinion, and explain why your insurance would or wouldn't pay for your roof.
